Based in the heart of Norfolk, Daco Construction Ltd was founded in 2014 by Steve Dawes and Ben Connolly. As directors, we have over 35 years in construction and 25 years in buying experience, working both locally and nationally across all forms of residential, commercial, new-build and renovation projects.
What makes us different is the relationship we keep with our customers. We value each and every client, looking after them on a long term basis, which is testament to our approach as well as our ability to foster continuity through repeat business.
It is also testament to our commitment: to always provide the highest level of service. It doesn't matter whether your project is large or small, we make sure all our projects are managed efficiently from start to finish.
We also pride ourselves on our honesty. We don't say yes to every opportunity. Instead we try not to over-extend ourselves, only taking on approximately 8 new-build projects a year. Not only does this let us work on a few smaller builds and renovations, it also allows us to keep our two promises: bring your project home on time and on budget.
As a construction company we make it our business to ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible, no matter your preferences. Whether you want to use traditional materials and construction methods, or build a modern and eco-friendly new build, we are able to provide a full range of services and expertise. How? Simple. We listen to your ideas and interpret them into your build. We also enjoy getting involved in your aims, sharing our ideas with you and injecting a sense of individuality into your project.
